Alpine District

May 29-31, 2015
Camp Pigott, Snohomish, WA

Please note there will be no IOLS (Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills) adult training during Camporee this year.  Look for a separate IOLS announcement at a later date.

You are invited to participate in Alpine District’s annual Camporee. Whether you are attending as a new scout on the trail to First Class, exploring the adventure of Scouting, or an experienced Scout looking to share your knowledge and leadership with others, this year’s Camporee will be an enjoyable experience.

Camporee is a District wide event with Troops, Crews and Teams from Alpine District gathering for a weekend patrol competition. Camporee will be packed with events and great skill testing activities. The 2015 Camporee will include events that will make this a jam packed weekend for your Troops. This includes:

Scout Skills
Traditional Camporee scout skills will be taught and competitions are included!

Scout Skills Challenge
Taking the traditional camporee scout skills learned and honed in the morning session and putting them to the test. This event will test skills and leadership with points awarded on completion of skills. This will not be a timed race. The goal is to complete the skills with accuracy winning over speed.

At the end of the event, awards will be handed out based on results from the competition.
