*Attention* In order to recharter for 2012, all Scoutmasters, Varsity Coaches, and Venture Advisors must be fully trained with the outdoor training and classroom. Contact the Training Chair as you need. Cubmasters must also be fully trained, which can be completed with an account at www.scouting.org.
To be officially trained, four simple components of learning must be completed: Youth Protection, Fast Start, This is Scouting, and Position-Specific Leader Training. Once these are completed, the Scout Leader can wear the "Trained" patch. Supplemental training regarding water, weather, and physical safety are also offered.
Please concider Roundtable part of your Scouting experience. Roundtable meetings are the on-going support of all scouting programs in our area.
