| Why training? The short answer is because it will make you a better leader, and that will make your unit better for you and your family. Boy Scouts of America recruits adult volunteers to lead youth as they develop into adulthood. There is a purpose behind every activity we do in BSA. The program requires trained adult leaders and leadership training for the boys, young men and young women who participate and will ultimately benefit. |
