There is a new Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook.  If a Scout has already begun his Eagle Project and signatures have been affixed to the old workbook, then he is grandfathered into that workbook and should proceed through the completion of his project.  If, however, a Scout is in the formative stages of proposing their project, they need to begin using this new workbook. These workbooks will not be in hardcopy print anytime soon, so save this PDF and feel free to distribute it to all your Scouts.
