BALOO is the Cub Scout training session that teaches you how to take your pack on an overnighter somewhere other than a council camp. This is your chance to learn how to plan and carry out a successful, first time Cub Scout level camping activity with classes in health, safety, site selection, age appropriate activities, and adult participation.
The ideal participant is a parent who is not already active in the Pack and is willing to take on the planning and to conduct the overnight camping experience.
Class size is limited to 18.
Bring: a coffee mug, mess kit, pencil and notebook
Cost: $15
Where: Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, 411 – 156th Ave NE, Bellevue. Training will be Fellowship Hall, which is in the back of the church on the lower level. Park in the lowest back parking lot |
