When we asked people what was the most useful part of roundtable, one of the top responses was being able to talk and share ideas with other leaders. To let you stay a bit later, but still get home to your family, we moved the meeting up a half hour and will be sticking around for a bit to chat and share ideas.

On February 16, 2017, Cub Pack 584 in Bothell was honored to present the first Supernova Award earned in Chief Seattle Council to Thorin Freriks, a Bear Cub Scout in Pack 584. Thorin earned the Dr. Luis W. Alvarez Supernova Award by completing adventures, learning about Dr. Alvarez and 3 other famous scientists, visiting with a professional in the STEM industry, learning about the scientific method, and performing a scientific experiment.
New this year: an overnight component to the Outpost. We'll run the usual Outpost but at Mountain Meadows on Saturday, September 30th then Troops and Packs can stay through October 1st. The Outpost staff (Troops) should make an effort to help Cub Scouts fulfill Webelos & Arrow of Light requirements. And let's have an awesome Campfire!
